Pazisma is an independent employee-owned consulting firm that offers services in management, international development, and technology. We advise and work with small, medium and middle market corporations on strategy, operations, corporate renewal, and valuation. We strategically partner with and support governments, International donor agencies, Foundations, Public-Private Partnership entities, NGO, and Social entities and entrepreneurs, to efficiently deliver their social and economic development programs and projects. We mainly deliver projects in North America, South America and the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East, and South East Asia.
Pazisma is driven by a simple mission:
Exclusively deliver high-value faster sustainable results to our clients, in a flexible way and at lower cost than the traditional wholesale consulting firms.
We succeed in our mission by adopting a simple efficient business model structured around five principles: High-value Faster Results For Our Clients; Clients' Ownership; Project Sourcing Flexibility; Staffing Efficiency; Cost Effective Delivery.
We advise and support businesses and organizations only in selected industries where we really have an edge and a solid ground to deliver best value practical results, faster. This means we are honest about what we know we are unbeatable at; and we have the courage to walk away from engagements for which we know we cannot deliver the best value for the client. We do this no matter how much financial gains those engagements could have generated for our firm.
Transfer skills to the client resources and make sure they own the outcome of the project. We do this by keeping the resources actively involved as possible, speaking the language they understand, avoiding fancy jargons usually favored by consultants, being always clear and telling it exactly as it is, even if they do not want or like to hear it.
Tailor each assignment to offer maximum flexibility to the client based on the needs and the availability of the client own resources. We can quickly source an engagement from a full team of several consultants to a single consultant; operating full-time or part-time. When we accept a project, we can assemble resources quickly and put feet on the ground within 48 hours to 10 days after the initial agreements.
Deliver our engagements by a carefully selected pool of over hundred seasoned senior independent consultants. We only staff our management consulting engagements with consultants who have, at least, both sound hand-on industry experience as high level executive, manager or specialist; and excellent consulting expertise. Solid clean track record in international development field experience and “know-how” and “been there, done that” skills combined with high level consulting services delivery expertise are the minimum pre-requisites for consultants assigned to our international development projects. Most of these development consultants also have extensive high level business expertise.
