The majority of consultants that work with Pazisma are independent consultants. An independent consulting is a freelance option for trained management consultants who wish to choose their projects, allow for gaps of time between projects and/or follow a different working pattern than might be possible when employed by a typical wholesale consulting firm.

They have acquired or strengthened their experience within leading consulting firms, commercial organizations, international development agencies, or governments.
